General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Online bookings are limited to four (4) rooms. For more than four rooms, please contact the hotel as group booking conditions will apply.

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Late check-out, without prior agreement from management, will incur a surcharge (up to the nightly rate).

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the rooms.

A €60 fine and a storage fee may be charged if this rule is not respected.

Any damage to equipment, linens, or fixtures will be charged at the cost of replacement.

The number of occupants is limited to the number of beds specified in the reservation.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the room.

The number of pets allowed in the room is limited to two. Pets must be clean, quiet, not disturb other guests, and must not be left alone in the room.

Groups:

For reservations of five (5) rooms or more, group rates will automatically apply. The hotel will issue a pro forma invoice. A deposit from the client will be required for confirmation, and specific cancellation and modification conditions will apply. For any information regarding these conditions, please contact the hotel directly.

Individuals:

For individual bookings, cancellation without charge is possible until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, a cancellation fee equal to the first night of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Any booking not guaranteed by a valid credit card may be canceled from 5:30 PM on the day of arrival.

Any credit card provided as a guarantee for a booking may be subject to a pre-authorization equal to the first night's stay.

In case of no-show, the pre-authorized amount will be charged. The right of withdrawal provided for certain distance purchases does not apply to hotel reservations.
